Assessments
Using specially designed tools, we can provide an objective in depth analysis of your agile maturity and the bunsiness effectivenss of your agile transformation. We combine assessments with review and reflection sessions to help you make the most of new insights.
Training
We provide both industry standard training (such as SAFe-LPM) or training tailored to your needs. We use certified trainers with both classroom and practical experience
Expertise and focus on enterprise agility
Most large scale agile transformations start with a small pilot (which works well) and then go wrong before they go right. They are very different to smaller agile transformations and so require an additional skill-set.
We focus on enterprise transformation and value streams. We bring with us the experience and expertise from successful transformations in different organizations.
Framework agnostic approach to transformation
Scaled transformation frameworks such as SAFe, LESS Huge, Scrum@Scale, Nexus etc all have benefits, but non are silver bullets which fit perfectly to any organization.
We know and use these frameworks, but are not selling any of them, so that the focus stays on finding the solutions which best fit your enterprise.
